Ahh... finally a day off. Been so busy lately, and finally have a chance to organize and sort of unpack.

Set up 3 pictures for my wall last night... need to buy/find more so I can make it a huge collage.

Re-dyed my hair yesterday and it still smells. Need to put on my face, am done my shower and my hair is... curling itself dry.

Boudica is running around like crazy - we bought a tarp for the bed so no bunny pee anymore!

- i'm so tired of wearing jeans, and most of mine aren't fitting right right now (losing weight???).

- some cowboy boots. yeah yeah, but think of some cognac slightly worn in with a white lacey dress?

- more sunnies! i really love the retro ray ban look, and i already have a pair in cream so why not in many different colours!


I've ordered Niall's birthday cake. Need to deposit a cheque, pick up speakers from the condo, get meds (bc, nothing crazy), and a neon tank top for a birthday party. Hmmm...
Am out of gas and need to put more oil in. Argh.

busy busy bee

Saturday: last exam. Cleaned. Packed.
Sunday: Started moving at 11. Finished around 8. Grocery shopped. Home by 9. Passed out around 10:30.
Monday: bottle deposits. Work. Unpack. Sleep (with a baby bunny bouncing around our heads).
Tuesday: nanny gig training. More moving. Work. Dinner. Sleep (as above).
Wednesday:

ahh! finally a bit of a day off!
woke up at 6:35 as Ni was biking to work. have done nothing but reads blogs, and it is almost 9am. Also am in the process of re-dying my hair, it'll be done in 6 minutes.
Need to buy a tarp for our bed - Boudica likes to hop and we come home to little tiny poops all over the place. She is eager to explore and "mark" her territory. Sorry sweetness, I dislike bunny plops on my sheets!

Need to buy a whack of stuff for the new place.
Besides a tarp, dishes, mirror, more photos and picture frames, cleaning product, a vacuum filter...

I can't wait for the weekend. It's Ni's 21st on Friday and we're having a big bbq type dealio.

Must got rinse my hair, shower, and get on with the day.
I'm babysitting for Little J this afternoon - haven't seen them in awhile.

When at the Parrot Refuge, one lovely bird decided to attack my dress that Steph was wearing. My favourite, throw on over anything - dress. The one with the polka dots of many different colours. ARGH!

Monday blues(ky)

Allergy season is definetly upon us. Ugh, so sneezy and sniffly.

Well, had a rather low-key weekend. Began to pack, and did some cleaning. We were supposed to go paintballing yesterday but no one was avaliable.
Had nachos both nights for dinner which were delicious, and will be my dinner tonight as I don't get home from work and working out till 9. Ugh.

While away on our mini vacation, Steph and I decided we were going to get in shape. As in go to the gym and start eating better in shape. A good idea, but man oh man am I not looking forward to it!

While we were away we went to Coombs, Butterfly World, and a Parrot Refuge. Super fun. Also did a photo shoot in the hotel room.

So today is Wednesday and I have two essays due.
I'm also supposed to be going up island to a resort spa with my friend Steph and her friend Sarah. A totally girlie trip, for tonight and tomorrow night. I'm getting distracted because I want to go out and buy a bunch of dresses for some fun photo shoots!

Waiting for Ni to get home from his buddy's bday. Was supposed to come home last night, taxi or phone me to get him. Did not hear from him till after 8 this am. Great.

So! Onto the chores.
I've started dark wash,
cleaned up Boudica's toys,
and will proceed with vacuuming shortly.

For school; I need to write two essays, do a bunch of mini discussions, and study for History and Anthropology. Those exams aren't until the 24th/25th so that's nice. Little bit of time still!

Hopefully my man gets home soon. By bus, taxi, I don't care. But I am not picking him up.

TGIF

It's Friday and I will be babysitting little J later. It's hard to believe in one month she will be two... May 3rd. I need to hop into the shower because I am straightening my hair today - first time since I got layers.
To be honest, I have done nothing with my hair since my cut, except scrunch it when it's wet. Makes the waves bigger which I like. I've gotten way more compliments on my hair since becoming a redhead, and I was a brunette for 20 years!!!

Need to figure out what to wear today. Probably something slouchy to roll around on the floor in...

Niall calls me Trench Coat Mafia

... whenever I wear my trench coat which is becoming quite frequently.
Am currently reading the garance dore blog, which has very cute illustraions on it. Neat-o.
Was supposed to do a fashion shoot with my girlfriend today (she needs an upper) but she cancels. So kind of bummed but may self time myself. Once I get hair and makeup dids, anyways.

Heading over to A's today. Gonna do some baking, bring the bunny, have a girlie time :) She needs it.

lazy days

Top Model is on tonight. Man am I tired.
Boudica was trying to come sleep with us so about every 2 hours she would try to jump over her gate, resulting in a huge crashing sound and me getting up to see if she got out.
She finally did, at 5:45, ONE HOUR before Niall was going to get up. Silly wabbit, couldn't you have waited one whole hour?
She's cuddled in front of the fire right now, and I need to run out and get some new nail polish.
And clean the bathroom.
And start dinner...
